Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

Refunds:

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
